Vision insurance through Cigna makes eye exams, glasses, and contacts more affordable. Enroll yourself and your eligible dependents as a new hire, during open enrollment, or after a Qualified Life Event.
How It Works
Choose vision coverage when you enroll.
You can enroll your spouse/partner and dependents too. Benefits begin on the first of the month following your date of hire.
Your costs come from two places.
What you pay from your paycheck, and what you pay when you receive care.
Find an in-network provider and schedule your appointment.
Visit mycigna.com to search for a provider near you in the Vision network. You won’t receive an ID card. Share your Social Security Number with the doctor’s office instead.
Shop for your frames and lenses or order your contacts.
The plan gives you an allowance, or you’ll pay a copay.

In-Network Value-Added Savings
- Up to 40% off additional complete pairs of glasses (frame and lenses)
- 20% off any item not covered by the plan, including non-prescription sunglasses, but excluding professional services
